That is pretty funny about the bread.

I believe the toothbrush trick he is referring to is what some bulimics used to do to assist in vomiting. You stick the toothbrush down your throat. It is extremely unsafe as it can get lodged in your throat and you will choke to death.

No the toothbrush trick is after every meal you brush your teeth and therefore tend not to eat anything after because it tasty yucky or at least even u try to your quickly put off eating anymore simply cause of the horrible taste
