These are a great read, thanks for posting them. I question whether they’re all true though… LC only works out twice a week? I work out 6 times per week and don’t look as great as she does!!
@J-Me: It all depends on your body type! One person could sit on the couch and do a couple situps and have an amazing body because of their genetics. The same person could see no results at all.
