Miranda eats only organic food, and maintains a very clean and healthy diet. Miranda frequents the Bondi Junction, which is an organic food cafe in Sydney. She is very aware that what you eat affects how your hair, skin, nails, and body look. Not to mention how much energy you have, and how you feel in general. Healthy weight loss is the way to go!
Here is a menu of Miranda’s typical daily diets when she’s at home is:

To stay in great shape Miranda workouts regularly. Miranda’s workout includes Running, Boxing, Pilates exercise, and she also practices Yoga. “It is sad to see anyone neglecting their body no matter who they are and what they do. You simply cannot be healthy or look great on the outside if you are not healthyon the inside.”

“When you are healthy you look your best and in modeling when you look and feel your best, you get the best results.”

“TAHITIAN NONI Juice is my number one health and beauty secret. I’ve been drinking it since I was fourteen, and when I’ve got a long day ahead of me it’s the one thing I can’t live without. My immune system is improved, and I also use Tahitian Noni International’s beauty line regularly to keep my face and skin looking its best.”

“I am a health nut and only do things that are good for my body.”

“I don’t go to the gym when I’m by myself, I’d rather just relax. I have fat days, especially when it’s that time of the month. If I have to shoot underwear, it’s not a nice thing to feel fat.”

“I believe it is important to supplement our food to ensure our bodies have the nutrition required to remain healthy,” she said.

“This is even more important if you do not eat certified organic foods and certified organic fresh produce.”

“I am a blood type A and more often than not I eat specifically for my blood type,” Miranda said.

“I also eat low-GI, high-alkaline foods, drink filtered water and eat mostly fresh produce and very little meat,” Miranda said.

Due to her little to no meat diet, Miranda shared her secrets to living with low iron levels.

“Just about all my life I have suffered from low iron (Anemia). As an A blood type I typically try to avoid meat (I eat it when I feel I need it, but basically I don’t eat it often). Instead I give my body the iron it needs by feeding it foods that are rich in iron,” she said.

“The absorption of iron from food is influenced by multiple factors. One important factor being the form of the iron. Heme Iron is the iron that is found in animal sources and is highly available for absorption. Non-heme iron on the other hand, found in vegetable sources, is less available.”

“I believe in a balanced life – it’s not about depriving yourself – so I eat 80 per cent organic, nutrient-rich foods and 20 per cent indulgence foods,”

“I practise yoga daily; I do half an hour in the morning plus half an hour of meditation,” she says. “Dedication is key for me because with my constant travel schedule I find it very grounding and energising.”
