Agyness Deyn’s Diet and Exercise Regime!
Well after reading this I really don’t know if Agyness Deyn watches her weight..
In the past week Agyness Deyn has eaten cheese and ham dumplings, beans on toast, sushi, pizza, a Cobb salad, pancakes with scrambled eggs, vegan strawberry-cheesecake ice cream, and a roast dinner that included “Yorkshire pudding, roast beef, vegetables, stuffing, gravy, and roast potatoes.”
If this isn’t some sort of cruel joke then WTF! Is she bulimic? Where do these calories go?
I couldn’t find much on her diet and exercise regime.
What Does Agyness Deyn Eat?
“I’m no size-zero. I still eat fish and chips. And pizza.
It’s my favourite food and they do the best ones in New York. “People think models starve themselves but not me. I eat really normally.
“I think it’s important to be healthy, and for that you are allowed a little bit of everything. If you eat too much you put on weight, if you have a happy medium you stay the same. Every thing in moderation, Especially pizza!

hm.. it´s so weird… when agyness was younger she was really fat!! and if she eats these kinds of food nowadays, it´s hard to say!
hmm. I’m a bit suspicious, especially if she was a fat girl before. Sounds like a case of the Nicole Richie to me. Well, I hope she eats healthy!
she wasnt that fat she was average like a normal girl
it’s not weird…my sister eats about 4 times more than me and still she weights less then i do..that’s normal it all depends of metabolism..girls like that are very lucky xD
well she is beautiful and seems to be healthy so i don’t think she has any eating disorders , she is also very tall so she seems slimmer I AGREE very lucky girl ! ! !
i’m near her height but not nearly as slim 
I think maybe she just lost her baby-chubs is all
