It never ceases to amaze me how quickly celebrities and models manage to shed their baby weight. Alessandra Ambrosio posted on twitter that her first day back exercising after the baby was difficult.
Alessandra was under a lot of pressure to get her body back due to the fact that she gave birth on the 7th of May and her manager was booking jobs for her in July (such as the opening of Victoria’s Secret store in London).
Here’s what Alessandra said in an interview while she was pregnant:
‘I already have jobs planned for afterwards so hopefully will be back in shape.
‘I told my booker and my manager; “I know I have a job to do, so just book the jobs and hopefully it’ll be fine.”
‘I only have a few more jobs to do before I have the baby – all editorial, no more catwalk now – and then I hope to be back in London for the opening of the Victoria’s Secret store in July. I should definitely be back for the next Victoria’s Secret show – I have quite a while until then.’

These stairs sound like serious business! Alessandra uses the wooden set of stairs which is set on the east. Apparently it is not as steep as the concrete set of stairs and is also wider, and straight up-and-down. It’s 170 steps and a 99ft climb.
Alessandra has also been spotted leaving regular yoga classes. She also bike rides, attends pilates classes, exercises at the beach and surfing. Here’s an interview
