What is AnnaLynne McCord’s Diet?
Like many celebrities AnnaLynne says she eats what she wants. Somehow I find it hard to believe. Unless she means she eats what she wants very rarely and doesn’t eat very much. She says “I’m an In-N-Out girl,” (referring to the burger chain in America)
She also says that she is thin because she has ‘small bones’
Breakfast: A Full Egg Breakfast Burrito (approx 500 calories)
Lunch: A Cheese Burger “I can pretty much roll with a cheeseburger for lunch every day of the week,”
Dinner: “My signature dish is a lemon-pepper chicken with a hint of lime.”
How Does AnnaLynne McCord Work Out?
AnnaLynne McCord works out differently to most celebrities. While other stars are hitting LA’s finest gyms or having personal trainers come to them, you’ll find AnnaLynne bellydancing.

I agree-i am sure she is not cowing down on cheeseburgers most nights of the week..maybe she eats what she wants in small quantities 1-2 times per week and i bet dshe works out a lot to maintain her figure
I have friends who can get away with eating junk and stay small but they dont have the definition and tone to their bodies that Anna Lynne has. Plus she has a very tight thin body, so something there doesnt add up. I dont think she eats like that regularly and I think se probably DOES exercise regularly. I was hoping for something different than this but celebs like to take us all for fools dont they? lol

I doubt she eats like this all the time due to the tediousness of always eating the same damn lunch, but I will buy that her figure would be possible at that diet.
Say breakfast is 500kcal, lunch 600 and dinner 600, thats still a pretty “slim” calorie intake.
I can eat like crap and not gain weight too – it’s called portion control and no eating outside the three main meals.
She´s tottally lying! She´s the typical that says ¨yes I´m very lucky, I eat whatever I want and I don´t gain any weight¨ I mean that´s just impossible, at that age doesn´t exist such a fast metabolism to process all that junk food and still have that body, I mean, she´s lying, I´m 1000000% sure!

Yeah Adriana, I agree with you, she probably lies about it like many other celebrities. It seems that they’re ashamed of admitting that they do diet and workout hard for some reason, like they want everybody to think they like gods, they have “all this talent” and their bodies are perfect and they don’t even have to work on it. Yeah, right!
Yeah, and that´s not it, look at her abs, her legs, arms, it shows that she works out A LOT, she has muscles! Those are the results of a constant work out, it´s just so stupid to believe that she eats whateeever she wants and she doesn´t workout, haha yeah right!
yeahhh she is definitely lying aha. but i read in another magazine (shape) that she eats very healthy and splurges on taco bells pizza [in moderation] once and a while and she walks for 3 hours..
I love her body and I read on the internet in an interview she was in that the only regular meal she has everyday is breakfast which consists of an egg sandwich. Lunch and dinner times change as she works alot from 6am to real late at night. For lunch she eats a turkey and ham sandwich and she grabs pepper sticks and dip or a breakfast bar for snacks and for dinner she eats vegetable soup and chicken. It also says that she doesnt have a membership at the gym so she goes hiking and walking alot, especially sports on the beach (she loves to hang out with her friends). If only I had the motivation to do that!
well what most people don’t realize is that while anyone can workout and exercise to become lean or whatever they want, some lucky people are born mesomorphic. There are three types, ectomorphic, mesomorphic, and endomorphic. ecto being naturally skinny or thin with a fast metabolism (means you burn what you eat without doing much, meso being naturally muscular, and endo having more bodyfat and slower metabolism than the others. There can be combinations of these body types, AND HERE’S THE PART ALL OF YOU WANT TO HERE
Miss McCord is most likely an ecto-mesomorph. Most girls will consider this the ideal body type to have; an ecto-mesomorph is thin naturally but gains lean muscles very easily at the same time. Use your search engine and look up the body types to learn more if you’re interested.

Im sorry but she is full of shit! I have seen pictures of her with “cut” looking arms and legs.. you don’t get that way by belly dancing! She lifts weights… and it would be nice if she would share what she really does and not feed everyone else the “i dont work out ” bullshit. as a former certified trainer and someon who use to have 6 pack abs i know she is not being honest about her workout habits.
I have the same ecto-mesomorph body type as well. I was able to get away with eating poorly and still stay lean and didn’t have to spend hours in a gym. And I did very little cardio. However I did have to do some weight training to get cut arms and legs. Belly dancing does not build muscle… resistance training does that. If she was just skinny and didn’t have any muscle tone I wouldn’t doubt what she is saying. But just by looking at Miss McCord I can tell that most likely she isn’t being entirely honest about her workout routine
i don’t think she’s lying. i think most thin people who are in really good shape eat whatever they want, just not huge piggish portions of it. and a lot of active people don’t consider some of the things they do as exercise. maybe she has hobbies or activities that are fun for her that she doesn’t count as a workout, but they still burn calories and build muscle.
She prob. doesent want to talk about what she eats anyways what you should do is have fun eat what you want in small portions dont over do and excersize thats the key its that simple!
a skinny person can eat whatever they want and exsercize healthy dont be jealous if you want a healthy abbody just excersize and u can maintain that goal.
She probably does eat like that. Belly dancing tones up the muscles realy well, that’ll be how she’s staying that shape. I mean look at shakira.
