I really like Ashley’s new hair color!!

The High School Musical star, Ashley Tisdale, does a lot of cardio with her trainer. To avoid getting bulky Tisdale sticks to light weights and wants to be lean and toned. The actress also eats a light and healthy diet. Which consists of egg whites, granola or oatmeal for breakfast, and lots of veggies through the day. don’t really diet crazy or anything,” she says “I just kind of eat healthy.”

When talking about her body she says, “I was always superthin—too skinny, actually,” she says. “I felt like someone could break me in half. I realize now that being a bit more curvy and toned is so much more beautiful.” After realizing her goal, Ashley started working with trainer Christopher Hebert. Her hour-long workout consist of 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes of weight training and core exercises. For her arms and shoulders, Ashley does push-ups and for her legs, she runs stairs at the gym with her trainer.

“She really enjoys cardio—especially running stairs with a medicine ball,” says Christopher. Chris makes her hold a weighted ball overhead and jog up and down a set of stairs 10 times, skipping every other step. No wonder she has killer legs!! Running up stairs is hard!!

I never really used to be a fan of her, but now I kind of like her. Waay more than Vanessa Hudgens, that’s for sure.
