Audrina Patridge’s Diet Plan!

The Hills hottie maintains her bikini-ready curves by working up a sweat five hours a week. She enjoys doing laps in her backyard pool and hiking in Runyon Canyon. Patridge says:

“I go to the beach on the weekends and play volleyball. Or I’ll go kayaking in Malibu. I like finding things to do outside. I hate being cooped up in the gym.”

When Patridge does go to the gym, she focuses on toning and defining her body. She goes on the elliptical glider for 15 minutes and works her arms with 5-pound weights. To keep her flat belly she does crunches on a balance ball and does squats and lunges to keep her lower body in shape. She also is active at home. She says:

“When I’m sitting in front of the TV, I lift 5-pound weights or do squats. And I wear heels when I vacuum because it works my calves and my butt.”

Hmmm.. I think I might try that!! I want sexy calves like Audrina!

“Before, I was a junk-food junkie,” she says. Patridge orders takeout like everyone else! But she trys to only eat half. “I eat snacks throughout the day. It gets your metabolism going. I don’t just pig out out all at once.”(source: US Weekly)

I personally love Audrina’s body. The 5’6 starlet maintains a healthy weight of 116 pounds. She stunning and has awesome style! Oh yeah Justin Bobby is a hottie!!!

    wow, her body is amazing…she deserves it though, it sounds as if she works really hard for it. her breasts arent real though are they? surely no one can be that thin and have such large breasts, it just wouldnt be fair….
