2 Ingredient Chia Seed Treats!

This idea was stolen from my sister’s room mate. So good!

All you need is some berry juice and chia seeds :) I used BOOST ‘Skinny’ berry juice.

Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds to a small glass of juice, refrigerate for 1-3 hours and voila! A chia seed treat.
Make sure you mix them in really well as they can all stick together if you don’t.

Jessica follows a 1200 calorie diet. For exercise, she likes to work out with a friend at the gym and do sprint intervals
“Sometimes I do sprint intervals just because I hate working out,” she says. “Anything where I have to do something but I can get my mind off of doing it, that’s so much better for me than anything that’s repetitive.
“Or the music has to be loud and I have to be moving.”

“Usually [I turn on] a pretty embarrassing reality TV show and I do sprint intervals,” she says. “So I’ll sprint for a minute and walk for 30 seconds and do that on and off for 20-30 minutes usually.”

How Did Raven Symone Lose Weight? Her Exact Diet!

When Raven Symone went from 200lbs to 135lbs, people began to ask ‘how on earth did Raven Symone lose weight?’. Well, luckily for you, I’ve done the research and am going to be sharing the goods with you!

So in kilograms for all the Australians/English folk, her old weight was 90.7kg and she now weighs 61.2. Can you believe it!

Now that Raven has lost the weight she’s more confident and loves how her body looks, “it’s great to put on clothes and not wear a girdle. And my thighs look supergood!”

Raven works with a nutritionist Philip Goglia who says now Raven is lean, fit and happy. So how did Raven do it?
