This idea was stolen from my sister’s room mate. So good!
All you need is some berry juice and chia seeds
I used BOOST ‘Skinny’ berry juice.
Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds to a small glass of juice, refrigerate for 1-3 hours and voila! A chia seed treat.
Make sure you mix them in really well as they can all stick together if you don’t.
