Britney Talks about her new body!

Her yoyo dieting took its toll on her body but now it seems that Britney has it all under control.

"I’m the healthiest I’ve been all my life," Britney, 26, tells OK!. "My diet has a lot to do with my getting into shape. I have no sugar. I don’t eat fruit or even fruit juice because of the sugar. I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I’ll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch. I try to do just 1,200 calories a day. It may sound like it’s not much, but it’s actually a lot of food if you eat the right things."

shes soo right, about 1200 being a lot if you eat the right foods. yay britney!

I’ve been such a big fan of Britney for 10 years, I’m so glad she’s back on the right track. I remember when she first came out I was this chubby 12 year old and then when she gained all that weight I couldn’t believe I was like 20lbs less than her! Her body on that cover looks so great though. At her best, she had such a great, curvy yet toned body.

i don’t understand why some people avoid perfectly healthy fruit when trying to lose weight
juice i can understand
but,if its helping her
