South African supermodel Candice Swanepoel looks stunning in the latest Victorias Secret swimwear collection.
She’s looking very fit and super skinny (as all the VS models do).
How does Candice Swanepoel Workout?
Candice Swanepoel works out by doing cardio and weights to keep in shape.
“I love waking up; I box; I do a lot of resistance…three or four times a week”.
In a separate interview Candice revealed that she also has a personal trainer and occasionally attends ballet classes “I have a trainer and I train at least three days a week, and every now and then I go to a ballet class.”
What is Candice Swanepoel’s Diet?
Judging by her tiny figure you can tell she definitely watches what she eats and controls her portion sizes. I doubt you’d see her eating chocolate and icecream! I’m sure she has her guilty pleasures (who doesn’t?) but when you think about how competitive the modeling industry is you can imagine how much pressure shes under to stay in amazing shape. Here’s what Candice has said about food she loves.
“I love a good breakfast. I love croissants. Eggs, bacon. I love vegetables, I like omelets. Raisins.”
