Cara Delevingne is a popular model of the moment! She was the face of Burberry’s spring/summer campaigns in 2012, appeared in the Victoria’s Secret runway show last year and won ‘Model of the Year Award’ in the 2012 Brit fashion awards.
When asked about her diet, Cara says that she doesn’t diet at all. This was her response when asked how she prepared for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion show:
“I mean, I’ve been working every day in different countries, so I haven’t really had time,” she revealed. “I had McDonald’s for lunch [the day before the show] and pizza for dinner. I need to eat a lot otherwise I feel faint – I get in the worst moods if I don’t eat.”

What is an ectomorph?
Ectomorphic: characterized by long and thin muscles/limbs and low fat storage; usually referred to as slim. Ectomorphs are not predisposed to store fat or build muscle. (wikipedia definition)
Even if you aren’t an ectomorph, it is still possible to get a body like Cara Delevingne. It just requires hard work and dedication! You’d need to go on a diet that’s high in nutrients (salads, green smoothies, fruit), low in carbs and high in healthy fats & protein.
Remember, you should never eat less than 1200 calories a day (for women), 1200 calories are required to keep your body functioning and healthy.
