Naturally thin Alessandra Ambrosio uses portion control to stay in such great shape. She doesn’t like working out and would rather do activities. She likes caipirinha (a Brazilian Cocktail) and has chocolate daily. I’d say she goes for a small portion of chocolate that is good quality. Not a block of cadbury like me lol. Some of her favorite Cuisines styles are Polish, Guacha, Japanese, and Thai.
How Does Alessandra Ambrosio Workout?
Alessandra is self concious about her butt. What??
Yeah well they say the prettier you are the more critical you are of yourself. She works out with her Brazilian trainer Leandro twice a month. She does what is called a Brazilian Butt Lift, which is a mix of samba, Capoeira and aerobics.
