Here are some pics of Audrina at ‘Fit to Fly’ work out studio. I’m not sure exactly what goes on there but it involves swinging on ropes. Audrina has the perfect bikini body (even without the boobs she’d look great!) , it’s good to see some celebs working for it!

Audrina was photographed on the beach alongside some of her other Hills reality show co-stars. I’ll put more beach pics up of Lauren Conrad and Stephanie Pratt for you.
The Hills hottie maintains her bikini-ready curves by working up a sweat five hours a week. She enjoys doing laps in her backyard pool and hiking in Runyon Canyon. Patridge says:
“I go to the beach on the weekends and play volleyball. Or I’ll go kayaking in Malibu. I like finding things to do outside. I hate being cooped up in the gym.”
When Patridge does go to the gym, she focuses on toning and defining her body. She goes on the elliptical glider for 15 minutes and works her arms with 5-pound weights. To keep her flat belly she does crunches on a balance ball and does squats and lunges to keep her lower body in shape. She also is active at home. She says:
“When I’m sitting in front of the TV, I lift 5-pound weights or do squats. And I wear heels when I vacuum because it works my calves and my butt.”
Hmmm.. I think I might try that!! I want sexy calves like Audrina!
“Before, I was a junk-food junkie,” she says. Patridge orders takeout like everyone else! But she trys to only eat half. “I eat snacks throughout the day. It gets your metabolism going. I don’t just pig out out all at once.”(source: US Weekly)
I personally love Audrina’s body. The 5’6 starlet maintains a healthy weight of 116 pounds. She stunning and has awesome style! Oh yeah Justin Bobby is a hottie!!!

Audrina says shes never had a problem with her weight and consistenly weighs 116 pounds. She works out, but not to lose weight. She works out to get definition in her legs and arms. She does 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer once a week and follows it up with squats.
“I’m not going to the gym to lose weight, but to get definition in my arms, butt and legs.”
