After many requests on Audrina Patridge’s diet and exercise program I managed to find it.The funny thing is it has been on the site the whole time! The Hills reality star has been given a lot of media attention surrounding her tiny feminine figure and here’s how she maintains it. She was actually working out and doing the same diet plan as (possibly ex best friend?) Lauren Conrad. Here’s a link to the diet plan they were using.

Have you always had a good relationship with your body?
Definitely. My mom has a good body, so I’m lucky to have the body I have. I’ve always been in shape. >I’ve danced since I was really little and I was on the swim team.
Do you work out?
I’ve been training with a trainer. At the start of the season, we had a routine, but now we don’t have time. We were on a strict diet that the trainer gave us, but I couldn’t stick to it. I need food or I get really bitchy and light-headed. Lauren did really good with it, but it made me really sick.
Now I don’t want to start rumours or anything but I will point out that in the photo above Audrina Patridge is wearing a red string bracelet. I think these are something to do with Kabbalah and as far as I’m aware she doesn’t follow the religion. Perhaps its a trendy fashion statement. The concerning part is that a red string bracelet is also a symbol of strength for anorexic people. Members of pro ana groups (individuals who think of anorexia as a lifestyle and not a disease). The proana red bracelet is used as a reminder to not eat and also as a hello and symbol of understanding with other anorexic people. Don’t quote me on this, this is just what I have heard.
Hopefully Audrina Patridge doesn’t have an eating disorder and is wearing the red bracelet for fashion or Kabbalah.
