I swear half my instagram feed is posting about Beyonce these days! The incredibly toned singer has been following a strict diet since having baby Blue Ivy and all the hard work is paying off.
Beyonce spoke to Shape Magazine about her current diet, this is what she had to say..
“Eliminating all other liquids (but water) really brings down the calorie count…and I just try to keep my diet balanced. I always have breakfast – say, scrambled egg whites, a vegetable smoothie, or wholegrain cereal with low-fat milk. For lunch and dinner I eat a lot of fish and vegetables.”
