This is an article I found online. It explains some of the crazy celebrity diets out there.

Looking to lose weight? Well then here are some of the latest celebrity diet tips secrets around, and after reading about just some of them it’s no wonder why they can end up looking so unhealthy.

None the less, you can lose weight with these diets, however beware – nutritionally your body won’t be fuelled correctly and most of your weight loss with come from water stores your body is using up because of that malnutrition.

Diet #1: Cookie diet

This is an excellent diet if you can sustain eating just 4 cookies per day, which substitutes for breakfast and lunch. But hey you get to eat a healthy dinner, which is great. So if you like to swap a nice healthy bowl of your cereal with milk and fruit (for breakfast) and a hearty chicken filled wrap (at lunch) for a biscuit or two, go for it. Just don’t eat the whole pack of cookies at once!

Diet #2: The Low to No Carbs diet

Some celebrities swear by the low carb diets, now whilst this can work quite effectively. It’s important to know about the timing with this one. A lot of celebs won’t munch down carbs after 3-4pm. Then there are the celebs or models that just don’t do carbs at all – this one is excellent if you don’t have a brain to feed.

I don’t recommend the "no carbs" ethos, but if you’re going to cut the carbs best time to do so would after 6pm (around 4 hours before bed time). Even 4pm can be slightly to early as that’s when you can generally have mid afternoon slumps where your body is craving some kind of blood sugar to get you through to dinner. So snack on something healthy, such as a piece of fruit.

Obviously, 8 glasses of clean water per day is a given if you’re watching your diet, but another tip if you attempting the low carb diet is drink more than 8 glasses of water per day. Water can actually give you a lot of energy and a lot of the time your hunger pangs can be satisifed with some water.

Be warned though, this diets can cause hunger pangs throughout the day! Most celebrity diet tips secrets will be based on methods where you eat a lot less calories than your body’s daily requirements (around 1800 calories for women, 2000 for men). So, if you find yourself attempting some of these crazy diets, make sure you don’t end up eating much more than when you started, which can often be the case when you starve yourself for to long.

girls_aloud.jpgOne of the most common questions I’m asked is if I know which celebrities are taking hydroxycut or if it works. I thought I’d answer the question here to clear up any questions you might have about it.

I have collected some hydroxycut reviews after doing an internet search and this is what I found about the weight loss pill. It’s pretty reasonable priced, if you buy it online it’s $39.95.

One woman named Stacy Stengel lost 44 pounds in 20 weeks using hydroxcut (this was taken from the hydroxycut website http://www.hydroxycutonline.com) and another man lost 52 pounds in the same amount of time. At first when I read this I was a bit skeptical because the reviews were found on the company website but they have before and after photos to back up the claims which makes it more believable.

I then researched some weight loss forums and had a look at what the people who have tried it have to say.

Its been a week and four days

I have been using this product for over a week in combination with a change of eating habits and moderate exercise and have actually lost 12lbs. I was skeptical of Hydroxycut before I started, but I have reached the end of my fat rope and intend to do something about it. I’m glad I made the leap and will see this out until I reach my goal!

Great resuslts

13 Apr 2008 – jb of Georgia, USA writes:

I took one bottle over a 1.5 month period (never took more than 2 pills daily) and it helped me lose 40 lbs. I had already lost 30 lbs by dieting alone, but I felt very tired and I had a week were I saw no weight loss. I feel that this product helped give me energy for exercise and reduced hunger significantly. I went from 270 lbs to less than 200 in les than 3 months (was busting out of a size 40 to wearing a 34) and I feel great. I appreciate the energy so I have bought another bottle while I continue to finish lossing the last 10 lbs I want to lose. I hav’nt lost any weight in the last two weeks but I have dropped about 2 inches. I would have to say I am very happy with the product. I can’t take more than 2 a day or after 3:00 p.m. or I have trouble sleeping.

Hi, Today is my first day taking Hydroxycut and I have great energy and drinking lots and lots of water. I have had to use the bathroom (#2) a bit more than normal. Great work out today. I will keep you updated and post next week. My goal is 15 pounds and I can’t wait to get there.

Now as to which celebrities take hydroxycut, the only celebrities I could find linked to hydroxycut are the singers from Girls Aloud. I think many of the celebrities keep their diet secrets to themselves and won’t admit to taking Diet Pills. It’s very hard to find celebrities linked to Diet Pills on the internet but a well known fact they use them.

You can order it from hydroxycut’s website http://www.hydroxycutonline.com

It seems that hydroxycut does work, if you have tried it leave a comment on how it went for you :)

angelina jolieAll celebrities diet. You know it, I know it, they know it. They need to diet to look hot and get paid! You’re pretty much not considered to be a true celebrity if you do not have your own diet and fitness regime. And every celebrity swears by their own diet and exercise regime as being the one that truly works.

There are as many celebrity diets and fitness regimes as there are celebrities. So many that it makes your head whirl trying to decipher who does what and how. Some follow the South beach diet and some follow the Atkins diet. Some celebrity diets are freaky! We’re talking about algae, seaweed, crickets, cockroaches, bee larvae and other messed up things.

No wonder we think that celebrities are eccentric diet fiends. But they are normal human beings and are different physically, mentally and metabolically, just like us. Their diets are different and like us they do have to struggle to stick to it.

Here are some of the celebrity diets followed and endorsed by some of the celebrities.
Angelina Jolie followed a diet of steamed meat, steamed fish, soya milk and vegetables to shed weight for her latest movie Tomb Raider.

Madonna eats only organic food and follows a strict yoga routine. Janet Jackson follows an intense workout regimen to stay in shape. Brad Pitt followed a high protein, low carbohydrate diet along with a year of intense physical training in order to get a muscular look for the movie Fight Club.

Sarah Ferguson follows the Weight watchers diet.
Bill and Hillary Clinton have made the South Beach diet famous. And the list goes on and on. The lengths to which they go in their effort to be slim can be seen in the weird diets some of them follow. Try eating crickets, cockroaches and drinking vinegar to stay stick thin.

But they do need these diets and have the willpower to stick to their diet because they often have to shed weight at the drop of a hat. Needless to say they have the incentive of big money coming in and the resources for it. They usually have an entourage of helpers which includes a personal trainer, cooks, nannies, etc so that they don’t have to lift a finger for mundane matters.

The problem with celebrity diets is that they are too hard to follow and may not be necessarily healthy for them or for you.
