Some of you I know don’t like the idea of Diet Pills but there of you out there that email me asking what the latest diet pill is. Well I’ve heard a bit about Resveratrol before but never really knew was it was. I now know that it’s a substance found in red wine. You know how french people eat high fat foods and drink a lot of wine yet still stay slim? Well scientists have discovered that Resveratrol is a chemical in the wine that makes you lose weight.

I’m not the best at explaining it but heres the link to a 60 Minutes Video that explains it properly. Click Here to see the video.

If you want you can get a Free Trial of Rezmelts (150mg of Resveratrol), all you do is pay $5.95 shipping. Click Here to check it out!

As requested by some of you loyal celebrity diets readers, heres my prediction of what the top 3 Diet Pills are going to be this year! They’ve been the best sellers for the past few months and I think they may follow through until the end of the year. Last year it was hoodia, proactol and alli. The Top Three Diet Pills are this year are…

1. Acai Berry Plus – This is without doubt the hottest diet pill at the moment! Acai Berries have almost wiped out the hoodia gordonnii market competely. It’s searched over 5000 times a day now in comparison to hoodia which is only getting 103 searches a day. Crazy hey?

Only a few years ago hoodia was the top selling diet pill. I haven’t read too much into Acai Berry for weight loss yet but it must be pretty good! Click Here to read more about Acai Berries

2. Hydroxycut - It’s been really well advertised and is used by a lot of the top bodybuilders and fitness models when they are getting lean for competitions and photo shoots. It is supposed to help you lose weight 4.5 times faster than diet and exercise alone. Click Here to read more about Hydroxycut

3. Alli – Alli comes in at a close third. With 1200 searches a day it is the only over the counter orlisat diet pill. It works by binding the fat of the food you eat. I’ve talked about this one before, its similar to proactol but its cheaper. Shipping to Australia with proactol is pretty pricey. Click Here to read more about Alli

I’m thinking of doing a new "Melissa Tests It" blog and want to know which diet pill you want me to test! Here are the options…

Caralluma Burn: Similar to hoodia Caralluma Burn is made from a south african plant called ‘Caralluma Fimbriata’. It works by suppressing the appetite and has been labelled as a ‘famine food’.

VS

Proactol: Is made from a non soluble fibre that was proven in clinical studies to bind with dietary fats and it keep them from absorbing in your body – so it actually helps the fat pass right through your body. It has been clinically proven to bind over 27% of dietary fats (and unlike hoodia can be bought in Australia).

Which one do you want me to test?

You decide!

Recently Proatol the diet pill has been a hot topic in the celebrity diets forum. I did some research on it and it seems like it really works. Here’s the link to the forum if you want to read up on it or click here http://celebrity-diets.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=963

Here are some customer reviews on it taken from the website, enjoy!

For all of those from Australia who wanted to buy hoodia but couldn’t because of the customs ban this could be a good alternative. I’ve never tried to myself but the forum members are having great results with it.
