I love all the Victoria’s Secret Angels (great bodies, amazing hair & makeup). So in celebration of the upcoming show on November 29 I have decided to put up some Victorias Secret Beauty Tips.

Unfortunately, I am not very good at makeup. Thankfully, there is youtube! Here is a tutorial from a very talented girl on Doutzen Kroes’ makeup!

If you ignore the fact its clearly a paid video advertisement you can get some tips from Doutzen about her workout. It’s also motivating seeing her actually doing cardio whilst looking toned and healthy.

Doutzen Kroes, a former competitive speed skater, is known throughout the fashion industry as a model with curves- and an understandably athletic body. Doutzen says that she isn’t always able to fit into sample sizes, which prevents her from doing as much runway modeling as she would like.

“I have to work really hard. My body – I have a voluptuous body. I am not one of those skinny girls. I like to enjoy life,” Doutzen says.

To look her best on the runway, she plans to give up chocolate, cheese and bread for a time before the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

“I am a totally healthy girl that eats but eats in moderation and I take care of myself.”

I thought Victorias Secret had switched from curvy models to stick thin models but it seems that Doutzen Kroes has kept her womanly figure. She looks great in these pics!
