Look Sexy Like The Victorias Secret Angels – Complete Diet and Workout!

They stare at us from billboards, glossy magazine pages and catalogues. Once a year they strut their sexy slim bodies down a long glittery runway, eyes from all around the world are fixed on them. Whether it be their never ending lean legs or firm toned midsection…there is something about them that just screams perfection. They have angelic soft faces, nothing is out of proportion. Walking dolls. They are the Victoria’s Secret Angels.

We may not all be blessed with flawless faces and one in a million genetics. But we all do have the ability to shape and recreate our own bodies. We can decide if we want the petite feminine look of a ballerina, the toned lean look of a fitness model, the ultra skinny size 0 fashion model look or if we want to be lovely and curvacious.

We have the ability to create the body of our dreams. It’s not rocket science, it all comes down to nutrition and exercise. It’s quite simple. I’m going to reveal the Victoria’s Secret Angel Workout. This is what the likes of  Heidi Klum, Miranda Kerr, Giselle Bundchen and Adriana Lima follow to get into shape.

Cardio is an important part of their workout. It depends on your own personal genetic makeup. Giselle Bundchen doesn’t need to do cardio to stay in shape, she adds yoga and horse riding to her regime, where as Miranda Kerr runs 5km evryday with her trainer.

If you are naturally very thin and want to add some muscle to look more feminine and sculpted like the angels, then you won’t need to do cardio. If its in your genetics to hold fat or if you haven’t been eating healthily and have some weight to lose. You could start off by adding a 45 minute walk in the morning before you have breakfast. If you want to go hardcore and get the fastest results possible, you can do what Miranda Kerr does and go for a long run every day.

Whatever you decide to do with your cardio is your choice. Here are the exercises that everyone who wants the look of a Victorias Secret Angel must follow.

2 minutes: Light stretching, including Good Mornings and Good Mornings with Knee Bends
1 minute: Jumping Jacks
30 seconds: Platypus Walks
1 minute: Shadowboxing with Crossovers, Uppercuts and Knee Bends
1 minute: Plié Squats with Calf Raises
2 minutes: Reverse Lunges
1 minute: Squat Thrusts
1 minute: Scissors Reverse Crunches
2 minutes: Deluxe
1 minute: Bench Stepups (if possible, combine with Triceps Kickbacks)
1 minute: Pushups

Now for the diet. The models eat small meals 5 times a day. They avoid processed food and usually stick to eating organic fruit and vegetables when possible. Their diet is high in protein so they keep their muscle and only lose fat.

There you have it! Now you have the ability to look as sexy as a Victoria’s Secret Model! If you don’t have a willingness to work hard, chances are you will just go from one fad diet to the next. It didn’t take you a week to gain all the weight you may be trying to lose, so don’t expect to lose it in a week.

Gisele Bundchen is the Cheeseburger Monster!

Gisele BundchenGisele Bundchen has the best body in the world and she knows it! Her stunning looks make us all envious of the lean bronzed supermodel. But she does have a strict exercise regime in order to keep her body looking so flawless. Who wants to know how she does it!?

If we can believe what Gisele says (she seems pretty honest) then she eats cheeseburgers! They are her favourite. She calls it her ‘diet secret’. I’m sure we all wish we could just down a few cheeseburgers and look like that but here comes the catch. She exercises it all off.

Cheeseburgers contain between 300 and 400 calories each. Gisele doesn’t care though! She doesn’t bother with counting calories and hardly knows the calorific value of any foods she consumes.

She does love exercise and this is the real secret. She follows a strict excercise regime everyday without fail. She’s naturally athletic and enjoys working out at the tgym. She herself admits that she is an exercise freak and enjoys her time at the gym!

If you get into a habit of exercising everyday you will find that you will actually enjoy it. You’ve got to change your attitude about exercise. If it is something you dread doing then you aren’t going to see any results. If you love exercising you’ll find that weight will just drop off and you won’t even notice it!

If you don’t workout, don’t follow Gisele Bundchen’s cheeseburger diet. Its probably best if you count the calorific value of food and keep it in the recommended zone.

Another secret of Gisele’s perfect body is yoga, she practices yoga everyday upon waking without fail. She says its her secret to keeping calm and energetic all day long and credits it to keeping herself fit both externally and internally.

She’s also an outdoor sports kinda girl. She loves volleyball and horse riding! She never misses the chance to play extreme sports and takes it as an opportunity to keep herself fit and healthy. This is the sort of attitude that’s going to give you a killer supermodel body! Unlike many of the other supermodels, Gisele does not believe in starvation to keep the body thin and fit for the catwalk!

She always manages to keep her weight right down and looks stunning as always. Being naked doesn’t bother Gisele! According to her, her diet secret is cheeseburgers. This is a very upsetting claim! How can somebody who weighs about 90lbs and is probably 100 meters tall use cheeseburgers as her diet secret? She must have a hell of a workout secret, one cheeseburger contains approximately 300-400 calories! She was discovered at Mcdonalds at the age of 14 so I suppose it makes sense. I’ll do some further investigating to find out the REAL Gisele Bundchen workout for you. Don’t worry!

What Does Gisele Bundchen Eat?

Cheeseburgers apparently. And anything else she wants! She’s either got a super fast metabolism or actually is burning it all off. Or….it was a lie!

How Does Gisele Bundchen Workout?

Ok now it is starting to make sense. Gisele burns off every calorie of that cheeseburger! We think of eating cheeseburgers and settling in for a night in front of the TV, whereas Gisele eats a cheeseburger and jumps on the treadmill! Gisele Bundchen tells “I’m very athletic, so I guess because of that I get to eat what I want.”

From the information I have gathered, Gisele seems to do yoga upon waking. Gisele gave some New York builders a bit of a thrill when she was doing yoga in her apartment one morning. She wasn’t aware the builders could see in through the blinds. I kept telling my assistant that we needed to put something up, because they could see in my apartment, but she said, ‘Don’t worry about it – you have special blinds where you can see out, but they can’t see in.’” The supermodel continued to stretch and practice yoga in skimpy outfits every morning in her living room. She adds, “I’m stretching in my shorts and I see a guy looking at me, but my assistant said he couldn’t see me, so I continued. “I left and came back home and there were more guys looking into my apartment. I decided to wave (to see if they could see) and they all waved back. “They could see me the entire time! I could have killed her (assistant)!”

She also plays Volleyball and does extreme sports to stay fit.”I’m very comfortable with my body.”

Workout: Yoga everyday upon waking, horse riding, volleyball & anything extreme about 3 times a week.
