What is Irina Shayk’s diet?
Irina says that she doesn’t diet. Although by the sounds of it, her version of ‘not dieting’ is sounds pretty dietish to me. Her diet is about moderation and balance. If Irina eats something unhealthy, she will spend a few hours at the gym burning it off the next day. “I eat ice cream and cake, but it’s a question of balance. If I eat something like that, I feel much better afterwards if I spend a few hours in the gym.”
