The reason Im up at 2am on a Friday night is not because I’ve just returned home from a wild night of partying. Nor have I been working some sort of late shift. Tonight I was trying to decide between gym and the royal wedding, needless to say I changed out of my workout clothes into my pajamas and for some reason contemplated buying a tub of icecream to watch it with?

Now back to Kate Middleton. She looked STUNNING! Crazy to think that she did her makeup by herself

I noticed that Kates arms and chest area looked particularly thin. You can tell she has been slimming down for the wedding, I’m sure most of us would if millions of people were going to be watching us!

The media have in the past said that Kate often goes to the gym to workout and also enjoys cycling and yoga. She has been photographed cycling several times, often on her way to the gym. She has often been seen spending up to an hour a day at her gym.
In 2008 it was reported that Prince William actually ordered a new gym to be built at Clarence House for Kate to exercise in, so that she did not need to visit any other gyms and risk being photographed.

It may well be the Atkins diet for a new generation with an eating plan promising to drop as much as a half a kilogram a day.
The Dukan Diet has been adopted by some of Hollywood’s elite and is now seeing results here in Australia.
It is designed by French doctor Pierre Dukan and is burning up a calorie trail of media hype and hope across 20 countries.

The first phase is called the Attack Phase. For 2-7 days eat as much as you want of 72 protein-rich foods.
In the second phase dieters introduce unlimited amounts of vegetables with their lean meats and fish.
The third phase adds fruit, cheese and starchy foods and celebration meals a week.

The fourth phase follows the basic rules of phase three and continues maintaining weight loss.


I didn’t know Kate Middleton was a smoker. Did you? Here’s what was said about Kate using cigarettes to lose weight.
“She has always enjoyed an occasional cigarette — which suppresses her appetite — and has tried to give it up several times as William hates it,” an insider tells Popeater’s Rob Shuter. “However, as the wedding gets closer and closer, she is smoking more and more.”
