It’s been a while since I posted some recent Kardashian photos. Kim and Khloe were spotted in Miami recently and weight-wise are looking the same as normal.

There has been a weird rumour circulating that Kim Kardashian has started eating her corn one kernel at a time (in an effort to lose weight).

How Kim K Is ‘Refining’ Her Body For Her Wedding

With Kim Kardashian’s wedding to fiance Kris Humphries less than a month away, she’s not slowing down her fitness routine anytime soon.

According to sources, the reality star is in the process of “refining her shape” with the aid of celebrity fitness trainers Gunnar Peterson and Tracy Anderson.

As part of her strategy to reach her fitness goals, Kim revealed the key to shaping her fabulous figure is “changing the movements all the time” while doing free-arm exercises.

She is avoiding repetitive movements in a straight line like shoulder presses in favor of continuously varying the angle and direction of her movements to simultaneously work more muscles.

For example, while performing a basic bicep curl, she may be twisting the weight in her hand while curling toward her shoulder to work muscles in her forearm, shoulder, and tricep ON TOP of her bicep.
The key, experts say, is to keep your muscles guessing!

With dress fittings imminent and only months until Kim Kardashian marries Kris Humphries, the star is whipping her bod into the best shape ever! In the new issue of OK! we look at how the reality TV beauty is planning out her fitness regime.

“Kim’s doing Barry’s Bootcamp, plus no more desserts, period,” a pal tells OK!. “She also has someone cooking for her.”

A favorite pastime of Kim and Kris’ has been indulging in fave foods: pizza, french fries at Breadbar and sushi at Nobu. But now the QuickTrim devotee is shrinking her portions, eating six to eight small meals a day, says a pal

“She’se ating more chicken — she doesn’t love it, but needs to eat clean protein.”

Exercise is also huge. “Back to my routine! Early morning workout,” Tweeted Kim on May 31. Then, on June 1: “Another tough workout this morning. I am so sore!!!”

On June 2 she hit Barry’s Bootcamp in L.A. “Kim’s been coming in more these past few weeks,” an insider at Barry’s tells OK!.

“She brought her fiancé. The classes, which are 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength, shock the body with a 1,000-calorie-burning workout. He found it pretty challenging.”

Kim Kardashian reveals her top diet secrets

Kim Kardashian has opened up about her dramatic weight loss, revealing that she lost ten pounds in the last year – by eating more.

The reality TV star and her sister Khloe Kardashian – who has lost 25 pounds – share their diet secrets in the new issue of Life And Style magazine.

Kim, 29, said: ‘Before, all I’d have for breakfast was a Grande Soy Chai Latte’, now, both sisters eat either oatmeal or eggs, turkey bacon and fruit.
Kim revealed she eats protein at every meal to fill up and makes sure not to deprive herself.
She said: ‘If I feel like a milk shake, I have one.’
And the curvy sisters support each other in their weightloss.
Khloe said: ‘Kim will always call me and be like, ‘Let’s go do boot camp!’ And that motivates me.’
Kim revealed that after filming her own exercise DVD she has now developed a regular workout routine.
She confessed: ‘I’d go to gym for a while and then I’d stop.’
