Diet and Exercise Regime to get Lara Bingle’s Body!

When trying to find information on Australian model Lara Bingle’s diet and exercise regime, not much came up! I did however find a snippet of an interview where Lara says she eats quite healthily for six days of the week and has one or two cheat meals on Sunday.

I’m sure if you watch her show ‘Being Lara Bingle’ you would be able to snoop on what she eats. I haven’t watched it yet, is it any good?

What’s your daily diet and exercise regime like?
I just eat really well during the week and then on Sunday, within reason, I’ll have a meal or two off. I have that constant battle with food like any girl. I put on a lot of weight last year, and I think that was due to stress – so I’ve been training hard and eating right.

Australian Model Lara Bingle has been in the news a lot lately! First the stolen car, now the topless picture scandal..I thought it seemed appropriate to put her diet and exercise regime up. With all the extra publicity shes getting, people will definitely be googling her and admiring her amazing figure!

The Daily Telegraph did a story on her diet and exercise regime last year and here it is..enjoy!

LARA BINGLE has revealed the diet and exercise secrets behind her enviable figure – a daily run, with after-dinner chocolate as an indulgent reward.

The 22-year-old beauty weighs a healthy 50kg – 4kg more than when she met her cricket star fiance Michael Clarke.

But she insists it’s muscle, not comfort, that has seen her put on the extra kilos, admitting the pair are very competitive when they exercise.

“If I’m going to run with him, I want to beat him – and he will also want to beat me,” she told new health magazine Your Body.

As summer nears and many try to get beach-fit, Bingle has shared her exercise regimen and diet, including a personal trainer twice a week, half-hour beach runs and weights.

But, like the rest of us, she also has days when she simply cannot be bothered.

She also eats bread, pasta and chocolate and loves a good dessert, although she tries to stick to healthy
foods such as fish, salad or vegetables.

“Of course, I have days I don’t want to train,” she said. “But I like to indulge a bit when I eat, so I don’t feel as guilty if I’ve trained.”
