Here’s a picture of Leighton Meester from the September 2008 issue of Marie Claire. She looks flawless! She’s very tiny but not in a gross unhealthy way. The picture is a bit dodgy quality because its a scan from the magazine.

PhotobucketLeighton Meester (who shot to fame playing ultra bitchy Blaire Waldorf on Gossip Girl) has the perfect body. I have been digging around on the internet looking for her diet, exercises and meal plans but the resources are dry. I estimate she weighs about 46kg (101lbs). As far as I know Leighton Meester doesn’t have a personal trainer but by looking at her body you can see that she does work out. Her legs appear to be slim but muscular which indicates she doesn’t starve herself. Working long hours on the set of Gossip Girl would also be strenuous on her body and allow her less time to eat. Healthy snacks are always available on set as her co stars (especially Blake Lively) are quite body and health concious.

What Does Leighton Meester Eat? I’m trying to find this out to give you an exact meal plan but I am guessing she sticks with low calorie snacks throughout the day while shooting Gossip Girl and healthy restaurant meals.

How Does Leighton Meester Workout? Walking on the set of Gossip Girl and acting would burn calories. Her legs indicate she does some lunges and squats occasionally.
