Ok so I’ve been following The Bikini Model Program as part of my ‘Melissa Tests It’ blog posts. For the past 3 weeks I’ve been following it really closely & have also had three cheat meals, usually on Sunday. The past week I haven’t done much cardio because things have been so hectic with Christmas just around the corner!
I’m too tired to write much more (its 1:44am here!) so I’m off to bed. If you have any questions I’ll come back and answer them tomorrow! I think I cover everything in the video though
