Bikini Model Diet Update! Lost 1.5kg this week and 8kg Total

Ok so I’ve been following The Bikini Model Program as part of my ‘Melissa Tests It’ blog posts. For the past 3 weeks I’ve been following it really closely & have also had three cheat meals, usually on Sunday. The past week I haven’t done much cardio because things have been so hectic with Christmas just around the corner!

I’m too tired to write much more (its 1:44am here!) so I’m off to bed. If you have any questions I’ll come back and answer them tomorrow! I think I cover everything in the video though :)

My Bikini Model Program Update – Beginning of Week 3

After 15 days on the bikini model program I’ve lost 6.6kg so far. I think its a program I’ll be able to stick to long term too which is good! Obviously I’ll ease up a little bit when I’m quite happy with my weight.

I like the structure of having a proper eating plan and exercise regime thats not too strict. I’m able to switch things up all the time!
The ‘low calorie splurges’ are a huge help but some of them have sweetener in them so I try to avoid them :)

On an unrelated note, did anybody from the US catch the Victorias Secret Fashion Show? I’m dying to see it!

Ok well it’s getting late here and I’m contemplating watching wife swap in bed or putting a few more posts up on the site..hmmm!

My Bikini Model Diet Challenge! Week 2

For those of you who read the site regularly you’ll know Im often testing out diets to see what actually works. I’m currently on the Bikini Model Diet and have had some pretty good results so far. I am feeling very motivated at the moment and will be going to a step class in about an hour and coming home to a protein shake and some almonds!

Here’s the second video! The scales say I’ve lost 4.9kg in one week (well about 8 days). I do know some of it is water weight but I don’t care. Nothing can bring down how happy and healthy I am feeling at the moment. Stay tuned for week 3 :)
