In this months edition of Australias FAMOUS magazine they have a story called ‘Celebs True Weights Exposed’. Heres a little summary of what was apparently revealed. I’m sure these aaren’t the confirmed weights of the celebs, they are most likely estimates.

"While many consider Victoria Beckham’s tiny frame a result of extreme dieing, the pop star-turned-fashion designer says she’s become a gym junkie since moving to LA. "I run (7km), seven days a week. I feel energised and healthy – there are really nice gyms here and I just enjoy it," says Posh, 34. "David puts music on my iPod and Gordon Ramsay bought me trainers where you have a little chip so you can clock how far you’re running."

Paris Hilton has an amazing body

I’m really jealous. I have noticed in episodes of The Simple Life that she really does eat in moderation. She has bad food but only a few bites. In all the scenes where she had food her plate always had food left on it and was never empty. I guess she eats until she isn’t hungry and has self control.

Get Rid of Cellulite through Diet and Massage!

paris_hilton_jul06_big_170.jpgCellulite….where to begin? It creeps up on you without warning and the next thing you know you’ve got a problem you never thought you’d have to worry about. There is no proven set diet for reducing cellulite but there are ways to combat the problem. Even insanely rich and incredibly thin socialites get cellulite (see the photo of the blonde girl? …that’s Paris Hilton)

It affects 90% of women so if you have cellulite then you are not alone! To reduce cellulite naturally you should avoid the following foods:

Caffeine (coffee, coke etc), Alcohol, Refined Food (all processed food and anything with additives like salt and sugar), Animal Foods (including meat and dairy, with the exception of ‘live’ bio yogurt), Drugs (avoid taking any drugs unless they are prescribed for medical reasons)

Try to eat food in its purest form. Eat organic fruit and vegetables! They cost more but if you can afford it then its definitely something you should look into. The less processed the better.

Massage your problem areas day and night using proper cellulite reducing techniques.  I found a video on youtube that demonstrates the proper technique. Click Here to see the video.
