Here is a video of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley shooting a campaign for Burberry Body. She looks amazing
Here’s a cool article I found about Rosie Huntington Whiteley’s diet! She was asked a few questions by glamour.com before the last Victorias Secret Fashion show.
The beautiful Rosie was also interviewed for Women’s Health recently. I don’t have the current issue, if anybody gets it can you post any diet related things here!!
While everyone was fussing and poking and pulling and prodding at Rosie, she kept her smile on and barely noticed that there was a room full of Regular People Like Me gawking at her gorgeous bod. I wondered if she ever gets self conscious, or if she’d been amping up her exercise routine since she was cast in the show. “You know what, I try to change things and get in good shape, but I’ve been really busy in the lead up to this show,” she admitted to me. “I work out when I’m not working,” she said. “I’m not a massive gym bunny, but I do make an appearance every once in a while. I have quite a good diet, so I kind of maintain that all year round.”
Then I asked Rosie if she gets more attention on the street this time of year, when her image is splashed across millions of television screens. “I’m in the windows the moment, and I was walking down Broadway yesterday and I looked up and just saw ‘oh my goodness, there’s me!’ so I just kind of put my head down and walked past. People don’t really notice me–you kind of blend in. I’d have to walk down the street in a pair of wings to really get attention, I think.”
Finally I had to find out exactly what goes through an Angel’s head when she’s walking down the runway. “Absolutely nothing!” Rosie told me. “It’s just adrenaline, you’re nervous and excited and thinking,Ii have to look into that camera, engage with the audience, walk slowly, take my time, and just try and enjoy it and take it all in. For a lot of the girls, being a part of the Victoria’s Secret show is one of the biggest things of the year for them, so I think we all just try and soak it all in.”
This isn’t fair! Rosie Huntington-Whitley (VS Model and star of Transformers 3) looked beautiful at the 2011 MET Gala. I’m such a fan of the hair and dress. Actually..I’m a fan of it all
Here’s an old interview with Rosie before the 2009 Victorias Secret Fashion show.
How Does Rosie Huntington Whiteley’s Work Out?
The gorgeous English supermodel stays in shape by boxing! When asked in an interview what her favorite workout is, she replied “I box, which I love!”
Rosie is Megan Fox’s replacement for the new Transformers movie (playing Shia LaBeouf’s love interest). A source says that Rosie had to work out with two personal trainers in the lead up to the film. “Rosie clearly has the looks to replace Megan but she isn’t being allowed an easy ride in preparing herself for what is a physically demanding role,” reveals a source close to the 24-year-old. “She is working with two different personal trainers and is undergoing firearms and stunt training. She’s really being put through her paces.”
At only 22, Rosie has a young metabolism on her side and credits her slim figure with her busy lifestyle.
In an older interview Rosie said ‘I’m not a massive gym bunny, but I do make an appearance every once in a while. I have quite a good diet (get a models diet here), so I kind of maintain that all year round.’
She seems to be giving the impression she doesn’t workout very often and her slim figure is all a result of her diet. Then listen to what she has said in more recent interviews…the story changes a bit.
In a more recent interview Rosie said..
“I go to the gym, do a lot of cardio and keep strong, which is really important to me.”
I’m a huge eater –it can be anything from a roast dinner cooked by my mum, pizza or burgers. I love burgers and chips. I’m a British farm girl — I love to eat — it’s really important part of my life.
I don’t get why celebrities pretend that they eat heaps of unhealthy food when they clearly don’t? What’s the point of it?
