Whenever I have a party or event on the weekend and I’m feeling a little frumpy and bloated, I tend to increase my cardio and lower my salt and dairy intake.
This doesn’t make me lose actual weight but does help give a slimmer appearance and reduce bloating. I also get a spray tan! You’d be amazed at the difference tanned skin can make.
