Here is Victoria Beckham’s actual workout! Thanks go out to one of our very own celeb diet readers Fiore for finding it and letting me know!

As you well know, Victoria keeps a very fine physique. She does this by eating right, exercising occasionally, and running around after her two children. She is said to do 200 sit-ups per day, as well as spending 10 minutes on the trampoline – which is equivalent to 30 minutes of jogging. The following is a sample diet plan that Victoria would eat on a given day.

Breakfast
9:30 – 2 pieces of whole wheat toast

Lunch
12:30 – mango/fruit salad

Dinner
3:30 – chicken breast (no skin, no sauces) and roasted veggies

Supper
6:30 – edamame and more roasted veggies or green leafy salad with no cal dressing

For snacking, Victoria is said to be addicted to prawns, which are very high in protein. As a detox diet, which helps flush your system and clear up your skin, Victoria usually eats a diet of strawberries, or another fruit that is high in vitamin c for two straight days. Although this is healthy, it’s not something you would do often. Victoria is also said not to “like” meat, especially red meat.

Her spice girl nickname was ‘Posh Spice’ but tabloids nicknamed the tiny pop star ‘skeletal spice’ and rumors circulated that she was battling an eating disorder. While some may argue that it is impossible to maintain a size 0 figure without being anorexic or bulimic but Victoria Beckham denies any such thing!

“I eat really healthy, I love Japanese food, lots of fish, any sort of fish, any sort of vegetable, lots of fruit, that kind of thing,”. I’m not sure if we believe Victoria Beckham eats all that much after reading a report that the star was on a strawberries and champagne diet during the filming of her reality series.

Hmm it seems that she admitted she was suffering from an eating disorder after the spice girls broke up. “I was very obsessed. I mean, I could tell you the fat content and the calorie content in absolutely anything,” she told ABC’s 20/20 in 2003.

It’s strange that she admits it and denies it. This to me is a sign that the tiny celeb is suffering from some sort of illness.

What Does Victoria Beckham Eat?

Not very much basically. A source close to the star revealed “Victoria maintains her tiny frame because she only permits herself to snack – not eat – on edamame, pretzels and occasionally sushi.” Beckham also is a Diet Coke fanatic and told pals she hasn’t drunk water in years because she “hates the taste.”
