My life changed when I found out the truth about aspartame. I used to always order diet coke when I was out at restaurants. When out at coffee with friends, I’d often order a sugar-free frappuccino from starbucks.
While buying groceries there would be low fat, sugar-free yogurt in my trolley, splenda and sugar-free chocolate bars.

I used to have headaches ALL the time. I never considered that it might be related to my diet. Anyway, after reading about the dangers of aspartame I completely cut it out of my life. Since then, I rarely get headaches! I have a headache about once every three months and have more energy than ever.

Now if I have a piece of sugar free gum I can feel a headache coming on.
