Christina Aguileras Baby Weight Workout – 25lbs Down and Counting!

PhotobucketAccording to Life & Style Magazine, Christina Aguilera has already lost 25lbs without even trying. Reports are she is breast feeding which apparently aids weight loss in pregnant women. I don’t know much about this as I haven’t had much experience around pregnant women so if you know anything feel free to leave a comment and inform me! A source close to Christina says “She hasn’t made an effort to diet, but she’s finding that her figure is naturally slimming down.”

The article also reports that Christina wants to lose a further 10lbs but is in no hurry. She’s actually loving her pregnancy body and flaunts her fuller figure. I think Christina has an awesome pregnancy body! I’m sure when she feels like losing more weight it will just fall right off as usual. Hollywood must have some serious secrets and I plan to expose them!

What a crock! Breast feeding didnt help me one bit, in fact I GAINED while I was nurseing! You only lose weight breast feeding if you restrict your calories, which any Midwife will recomend against! I was told to eat eat eat while I was nurseing, one nurse told me to eat 4 eggs and bacon every morning to help me produce more high quality (fatty) milk! My personal opinion is that midwives tell new mums that breast feeding will help them lose weight to encourge more women to nurse their babyies.

Breastfeeding makes you lose all your baby weight, no doubt about it! I lost all mine and then some inside 3 months. I can say also that has happened to 2 other women I know and one of them was over 30!

She is completely a liar, I am sure she is working out and watching what she eats. When my sister had her baby she was told she should eat and drink almost every hour or two so that her milk would keep flowing, if not she’d dry up. But you do burn an extra 500 calories a day while breast feeding, but remember your intake of food is still more calories in all if you’re in taking too many empty calories.

I lost all my baby weight- I was 150 lbs when I gave birth and and 6 weeks later I was already 120. Breastfeeding just melted the weight away!

On average you express or feed the baby 500 calories worth of milk. if you ensure you eat a balanced healthy diet (for one not two!!) you will lose weight. Pregnancy hormones make you lay down fat to ensure you have the reserves for this.
