Diet Solution Update – Finally!
I’m sorry its taken so long! I recorded this video on Monday but kept having audio sync problems with windows movie maker. I had to download a new video editing program and finally got it up today.
I’ve been on the program since Tuesday. My weight was actually considerably higher than I thought so check back next week because I’ll be getting on the scales to see if the diet is working.
It’s a pretty hardcore diet. There are fruit and vegetables that you are allowed to eat but you aren’t really supposed to have too much sugar. All sources of sugar that aren’t natural have been cut out basically.
The sprouted rye bread is gross, I don’t like it at all! It tastes like a weird dense cake that isn’t sweet. I can imagine some people would enjoy it.
I feel a bit thinner already! I haven’t weighed myself yet though (doing that on Tuesday on the video).
Do you want to see me make the veggie dhal or vegetarian shepherds pie and put it on youtube?

I used to be a regular on the forum a few years ago. I watched all of your videos on youtube and was curious of your weight when you were wearing the black sports bra? you looked amazing in it! And i’m sure you look fab now =)
i love u. u r such in inspiration ! and im soo glad ur a vegetarian. idk if u r permamently staying one but im glad either way cuz i’ve been a vegetarian but now i’m going vegan and organic . yey! i love ur videos too . u r beautiful inside and out =]

Hey I come to your site every now and then and I really like it! Im trying to lose weight atm but nothing seems to be working!! My BMI is 22 and I’d love to get to a BMI of 19 and stay there! I have a real issue of losing weight and gaining it back so now I have a fear of diets!! I just competed an online program of diet and exercise and I still weigh 65kg at 171cm!!
Any tips or advice on my situation? How tall are you? Id love to be able to maintain such a low weight like you and be healthy lke you seem to be but I just have trouble sticking to diets without being deprived! I would love to hear from you!!
