Drew Barrymore – How Did She Lose Weight?
We have seen Drew Barrymores weight fluctuate a lot over the past few years. I think she decided to go on a diet and lose some weight when she got engaged. There have been many rumours about how the weight was lost (as usual, especially in hollywood!) but Drew has confessed how she really lost the weight. It wasn’t a crazy fad diet like some of the tabloids had reported. Drew actually admitted she did it healthy and took up jogging. She has been a vegetarian for a long time. Being a vegetarian myself I know what she means about living off carbs…you’d think cuting meat out of your diet would aid weight loss but its actually quite the opposite in some cases!

"I was a full vegetarian, living on carbs," says Drew Barrymore, 30. "Now I eat more protein." The actress’s weight has fluctuated throughout the years, but in 2004 she lost more than 20 lbs. and has kept it off. Yet sticking to a strict food regimen isn’t how she achieved it. "I’m the worst dieter. I eat whatever I want." To stay in shape, she runs five miles, three times a week.
