First Video Update for my Get Lean Diet!
Hello everyone, I’ve just uploaded my first video update in a very long time.
I’m doing my own weight loss regime which is what I’m calling my ‘Get Lean Diet’. In two weeks I’ll be in Thailand, theres a gym at the hotel so being on holidays won’t deter me!
As I mentioned in the video, the goal isn’t to lose a massive amount of weight, I’ve been working out for a while now and it’s time to really start eating clean and cutting the junk food from my diet.
Ok enough about me, what are you ladies doing at the moment? Anybody got any tips to share? Share!

oh and i do have a tip which ive been following for quite some time now, which is, to eat ONLY when hungry!

Hey mimi, thanks for the tip! It seems so obvious doesn’t it but not many people follow this. I just eat when I’m bored lol but Ill definitely try to only eat when hungry from now on, thanks
Camille, anytime! I’d love to go to Greece, it looks so cool! I’m sure wherever you go you’ll look fantastic in your tiny clothes. Maybe every time you lose a pound you can allow yourself to get a new article of clothing for your trip!

I’m hoping to “get lean” also (with the victoria’s secret girls – especially Miranda Kerr- as my inspiration) I would like to loose a few pounds but maily just tone up etc.
Also, I’m thinking about trying protein shakes because, like you, I am a vegetarian (although i do eat seafood) so i don’t get much protein in my diet, but i wanted to now where you get them/how much they cost etc.
also, i was wondering if there was any chance you could do a post on a “typical day” for you? like with exercise and food etc.

VEGAN IS THE WAY FORWARD
i still need to lose another stone atleast
Knowing that everything i put in my body is pure and full of goodness feels great. I definitely see benefity in my skin and hair and overall have a greater sense of well being.
However i find it makes it really hard to lose weight ie. if i was vegetarian i could cut out cheese nd dairy fats etc buy i don’t eat bad food so it’s hard to work out a diet.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I managed to lose 1st but haven’t lost anything more in nearly two months
