I’ve been quite impressed with my eating lately. I tried to eat meat for a few days but I ended up feeling too guilty and went back to vegetarian.
I mainly have oats with honey, a sprinkling of almond meal & some chopped walnuts for breakfast
Snack on grapes
Lunch is a salad with vege bacon rashers and an egg
Grapes or an apple with cottage cheese
Dinner – Protein Shake & Same salad as lunch
Plus Ill buy some meals out during the week. I either get sushi (I like the rice balls, I think its called Inari!) or a nandos vege pita (which is pretty high in calories so I don’t get it too often) orrr a sumo salad. Occasionally a Grill’d burger.
Every Sunday I have a cheat meal.
Here are the things Ive been buying from the supermarket..
Purple Grapes
Low Fat Cottage Cheese
Organic Apples
Oats
Organic Honey
Almond Meal
Chopped Walnuts
Spinach Leaves
Semi Dried Tomatoes
Oven Roasted Peppers (in a jar)
Organic Low Fat Fetta Cheese
Vegetarian Bacon Rashers
Eggs
Tomatoes
Cucumber
Red Onion
Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Lemon Low Fat Dressing
Ive been taking supplements for energy before going to the gym and been working out at least four days a week for the past 2 weeks. Before that I had been a bit lazy and only been going on the occasional beach walk with a friend. I decided to get serious with the healthy eating and exercise because Im going away in 7 weeks!
I took some progress piccies so will hopefully see some results soon and post them up
I have recently discovered you website and I really like your it! I think your have a positive way of writing about diets en other stuff. Maybe you can post more often?
