I decided to create this page because I know that a lot of readers end up on this website after searching for diet plans and diet advice.
There are hundreds of diet plans throughout the website already and can be found by browsing the categories section on the right :)

Remember to do it the healthy way. It’s been proven time and time again that fast weight loss usually results in weight gain (if you go back to eating normally again).
You’re probably thinking ‘I just won’t go back to eating normally’.

Easier said than done! I remember the first time I lost weight I kind of forgot how hard I had to work to lose it. It’s not uncommon for this to happen!
For true weight loss success you need to change your lifestyle.

Hello Melissa,

Excuse my lame email , I haven’t bother to make a new one. Anyhow .. I have a question for you regarding diets. So I am trying to lose 20 pounds , but my problem is not healthy food.. just eating too much. I tend to eat to much of everything,but it is usually healthy foods. So I never seem to lose weight, I am wondering if you could give me any good tips to avoid over eating.

…i love your website, i find it so inspiring, & i always leave my computer motivated to get my body back into the skinny shape it used to be… but after a stressful 2 years of uni / boy drama i’ve developed really strong binging habits that i keep going back to! Any advice on breaking out of the comfort eating / binging cycle would be really appreciated! The only way i’ve lost weight have been on ‘crash’ diets, which aren’t sustainable.. i want to do it the healthy maintainable way!

hello! i really want to start a good diet again..
ive tried multiple diets but it all failed. i think its all about the will power now.
however… even though i “stick” to a diet.. i get things like cellulite and such.
and the book that you recommend for us to buy.. is to expensive for me!
could you please email me and give me the basis to a good diet?
i would LOVE to lose weight as fast as you did!!!!

wow! i was just getting depressed over Victoria’s Secret swim commercials and then just watching all your videos, your the reason im buying this book! I am inspired, because you actually look fabulous. i have a very similar body to yours before hand and i cannot wait to get started for when i go to bali in july!

So I have to lose 15 pounds for cheer to keep flying (i am on college level)
it is very difficult for me to stay on a diet even ones my coach suggest so i need a diet i can stick to and maybe help get rid of belly and leg fat? i want a healthy diet so people dont think i am starving my self please please PLEASE help !!!!

i am soo happy that you reached your weight goa.:)
i am 167 cm tall and weight 60 kg i really want to lose 8-10 kg, i have tried soo many diets, i have straved myself but after awhile i give up and gian back the 1-2 kg that i lost during the diet. since i was year 8 i wanted to lose weight and now i am year 11 and i stil want it.

i dont feel confident in wearing beautiful cloths, and around my friends and sisters as they are almost all skinner than me.

i try to not eat dinner because i mostly cant stop once i start eating…. and when i do eat i get realy mad at myself. i deit but it only lasts a week or so, i find it really hard to stay motivated. i try to exercise for at least 45 mins a day but i cant stay motivated.

PLZ PLZ PLZ help me. can you plz give me any tips on how to stay motivated what should i do to lose the extra weight.
maybe a diet plan or something

Hey Mel! Just quickly, love the website! I was searching through google for good diet ideas and stumbled across yours. I think its great :)
I’m 19 and unfortunately are the heaviest i’ve ever been, its only around 57.5/58kgs but i wanna get my bikini body back! After seeing what you’ve done, do you think the bikni model diet would be the best option or do you have another deit you think works better?

hii Melissa. i’m looking for a diet i can follow. i’m a sucker for ALL carbs and i binge. what are some ways that i can incorporate other food groups in my diet. and should i cut out sweet completely.. im already trying to cut of processed foods. also, do diet pills really work if used right?

Hi. I’m looking for Keira Knightley’s diet plan as I have a similar body frame to her but I’m starting to develop flabby thighs and bum as I don’t do enough exercise and eat the right stuff. I think my metabolism is starting to catch up with me now I’m 18. I’m nearly 5ft11 and weigh around 9 and a half stone the last time I checked, but I liked being ultra skinny the way I used to in my teens :(
Can someone help me please?

Portion control is key! Try eating 5 or 6 small (ideally, never eat anything larger than your fist) meals a day and drink plenty of water and herbal teas- green does an exceptionally good job at aiding in weight loss :) If you spread your meals out throughout the day, you never go hungry and will never over-eat! :) you can do it!!

Try Coconut oil, it aids in weight loss and if consumed, it makes your sugar cravings decrease and it also gives you more energy for longer! Use it in your cooking as well as 3 – 6 teaspoons daily (you can mix it into your coffee, tea, smoothie etc.) It works soooo well and also has a zillion health benefit (just look it up on google) it’s my holy grail!!!

The bikini diet looks and sounds like something that will actually work! I need to lose 10kg, is this possible? Also, I have been looking all over your site trying to find the bikini diet. I can’t find it :-( I am just soooooo depressed and sick of being unhappy and ashamed of how I look :-(

Hi:)
Im 14 years old and im trying to flatten my stomach :/
I weigh 6stones 12 and I am 5ft.
Im trying to tone my body and i want my body to look like the one in the picture…
Its actually hard for me because Im addicted to sweets
Ive been doing cruches and sit-ups and press-ups for about 3 days . I have little mucsles but im trying to flatten my stomach first. Help me?
I thought it would be easy because once, I was too busy reading and I forgot to eat all day and my stomach was really small but not toned or anything..
