Not only is Hayden Panettiere an animal rights and anti-whaling activist against, she is also a wonderful role model for young girls when it comes to healthy eating and exercise! I’m glad Hayden realises that she has an impressionable fan base and wants to set a good example for them! She works out at Ultra Body Fitness in Los Angeles California or sometimes at the Crunch Gym in West Hollywood.
What Does Hayden Panettiere Eat?
Hayden Panettiere’s diet is healthy and her main goal is to eat in moderation. Here is what she said regarding her diet ” I will eat like a quarter of my meal.. and then 20mins later I’ll eat the other quarter and let it sit.” She also admits that she knows cookies are not beneficial for her diet “a cookie is the fastest thing to grab and that is not good.”
How Does Hayden Panettiere Workout?
Hayden revealed to USA Today Magazine that she Uses the Stairmaster, Resistance Training, Light weights, and Circuit training at the gym and works out with personal trainer Jonathon Bernan.

I have always looked up to her. I won’t lie, for awhile I thought she was a little bit heavy but then one day it kind of clicked and she is actually really muscular and what women should look like. Even though magazines call her fat, she’s never let it get to her. I love her!
