Healthy Vegetarian Diet Recipe

Lately I have been making this when I crave nachos or mexican food! I am pretty sure I made it up but probably heard about it years ago somewhere lol.

Mix half a cup of three bean mix with some organic salsa.
Grate a tiny bit of extra light cheese on top
Microwave for 45 seconds – 1 min
Add some low fat cottage cheese and stir through

Simple as that! I’ll put a picture up after I make it next.
I also have a healthy salad recipe I have been making lately to tell you about!

Hi There

I need help in getting my family to eat healthy with no meat in diet; currently they are eating meat on a daily basis and that is not good at all for their well-being – basically convert them to being vegetarians. It will not be an easy thing to do hence i need recipes that will be close to what they are used to so as to make the transition smooth and less painful.

Your help will be highly appreciated.
