Thank You Patti, I started struggling at a young age with body image. Now I have two kids, and have been married for three years....so I did everything young. haha The truth is anyone and everyone will eventually gain weight eating the foods that are readily available in American culture. The calorie content is way too high. (I promise that once you cut out the processed junk, the cravings for it will fade) However, it is so easy to stay under a specific amount of calories eating healthy. I eat massive amounts of fruits, vegetables, and lean meats....and by the end of the day I record it in my food journal which sometimes only adds up to around 800 calories.(so I get to eat more :D) It's ok to eat junk occassionally, as long as the bulk of what you eat is all natural good stuff :D Recovering from an eating disorder doesn't mean you have to gain tremendous amounts of weight...it just means that it is possible to be LEAN, FIT, and HEALTHY by doing it the right way. I used to idolize vogue models, but now I look up to healthy women...like Jessica Biel..Amazing! Just look at the magazines! Frail women do not look good, they look like 12 year old boys. Women should be curvy and beautiful. Oh, and to anyone looking to lose weight... I cannot stress how important it is to drink lots of water. Trust me;) I have 2 kids, one of whom is 8 months...and I weigh 114. I was at 150 full term. trust me water water water:)

I doubt if Gwenyth Paltrow eats only celery for breakfast and lentil soup for lunch. She could not keep up with the exercises that Tracy Anderson promotes. Who publishes this stuff?
