Hi Mel,

I watched this film online during the period they were showing it for free. It is so interesting and I highly recommend it! They really packaged the whole concept of eating clean and “getting back to basics” so well. It makes so much sense. I walked away from watching the film feeling so much more educated on making correct choices when it comes to food. I have always been quite a healthy eater but I never really read the labels on foods. The trouble with weight gain, dieting and peoples weight fluctuations, is that a lot of people are uneducated about what they are eating. There seems to be more diets and more diet options around these days but people are getting fatter which creates this big fat (excuse the pun) question mark! This film explains a lot about whats happening to our foods and in turn our bodies. Such a great watch!
