Katrina Bowden’s Diet and Exercise Regime “I love eggs”

Katrina Bowden is the super skinny actress who plays Cerie on 30 Rock. After doing a little digging, I found out her diet and exercise regime. It’s just a rough guide but I’ve tried to assemble it into a meal plan for those who need more structure.

What is Katrina Bowden’s Work Out Regime?

Katrina attends classes at her local gym, her favourite are spin class, kickboxing and yoga. She also loves to go walking around New York (where she lives).

Katrina Bowden’s Diet Plan:

In interviews, Katrina has said she eats everything in the following three day diet plan. Please note that this isn’t her exact diet plan but a rough one I made for anyone wanting a diet plan similar to Katrina. I haven’t added anything in!
Katrina has a dairy allergy so avoids milk and cheese. She uses almond milk instead of regular milk and loves experimenting in the kitchen with healthy recipes.

DAY ONE:
Breakfast: Fibre-rich cereal with almond milk + piece of fruit
Snack: Pretzels
Lunch: Grilled chicken salad
Snack: Trail mix
Dinner: Fish and vegetables

DAY TWO:
Breakfast: Fibre-rich cereal with almond milk
Snack: Fruit salad
Lunch: Tuna salad
Snack: Sweet potato fries (homemade, baked not deep-fried)
Dinner: Fish and vegetables

 

DAY THREE:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs & a piece of fruit
Snack: Pretzel & trail mix
Lunch: Grilled chicken salad
Snack: Vegan dessert (Katrina likes carrot cake from wholefoods)
Dinner: Fish and vegetables
