Katy Perry Jumps Rope
Katy Perry stays in shape by drinking lots of water and skipping fruit juice. She swear by jumping rope and the pop star says she hates working out. In a recent interview she said “I love jumping rope; it’s like dancing. I can double jump, I can cross, I can do all of it. I look like Rocky!” Perry also loves fresh fruit and says that strawberries are like nature’s candy.

why dies she skip the fruit juice. isn’t it good for you?
She skips fruit juice b/c she doesn’t want to waste calories on it, probably. I don’t drink fruit juice either. If I want something sweet, I use the Oceanspray water flavor things. The grapefruit is the best!! Since I severely cut back on juice and Dr Pepper (and replaced it all with lots of water), I have lost a considerable amount of weight! Yay me!
You can drink even a small glass of fruit juice and waste about 200 calories! If you eat an handful of fresh fruit it is better for you, fills you up more and will be about a quarter the cls (depening on wht you eat) plus watch out for added sugars!!
