Kendra Wilkinson – Genetically gifted but works hard too!
Finding information on the diet and exercise regime of Hugh Hefner’s three girlfriends is really hard! When it comes to Kendra Wilkinson’s diet and exercise regime, I couldn’t find much on the internet but I do know she eats lean beef and a lot of stirfry. I assume she follows a high protein, moderate carbohydrate diet. She is the sporty one and has a fitness model figure. She has even appeared on the cover of muscle mag!
There is a gym at the mansion and Kendra has been filmed on the treadmill and doing weights on the show. I’m not sure how much cardio or weights she does. Usually somebody with Kendra Wilkinsons build would do weight training 5 times a week and cardio would probably be outdoor sports. She loves playing soccor!
I did find a quote from Kendra regarding her diet and exercise regime.
Kendra: (Before meeting Hef,) I was living day by day, working as a dental assistant, living on Easy Mac and Spaghettios
This indicates that her diet was quite poor before she moved in with Hugh Hefner. She seems quite genetically gifted. Kendra was working as a body painting model when she met Hef so she obviously was in shape during this time! Not everyone could get away with living on easy mac and spaghettios and still be thin!
What Does Kendra Wilkinson Eat?
She doesn’t seem to really watch her weight too much from what I have seen on the show. She eats stirfry and lean meat.
How Does Kendra Wilkinson Workout?
According to her personal website Kendra likes to play soccer, tennis, and softball, and enjoys snowboarding. These all count as her cardio sports, she does weight training aswell.

Im a huge fan of Kendra and her show too as well as Hank. For working out, I think she focuses mainly on cardio. I think i saw one episode where she was using interval training – i.e. high intensity effort and then rest periods, al;ternated – and at the end she was sprinting. Obviously her sporting background plays a part as well. For weights she probably does a full body workout using low reps and high volume. This is the best way to achieve a model body. As for food, I’m sure she gets a lot of protein as you said but dont think she limits carbs.
