Kim Kardashian Ditches Oreos for Frozen Yogurt!
So today I got my new Us Weekly in the mail and I was pretty excited! Right now I’m sitting here eating an apple and reading about Kim Kardashian. She looks hot!
The 5 foot 3 reality star has gone from 125 to 115 pounds. Her excise regimen consists of running two miles, then strength training arms, legs, and abs. She works out with boyfriend, Reggie Bush, almost everyday. She has also switched up her diet. She admits: “I changed my Oreos to nonfat frozen yogurt.” Her diet consists of oatmeal, chicken, salmon, and veggies.” She also admits that: “My body can’t handle too many carbs.”
I have decided to give up bread.. It’s going to be hard. wish me luck!

omg strong strong! bread is like my drug. I’ve decided to eat half of everything and I’m also walk/running two miles its hard i wish i could go for one whole mile and then walk the other but I’m so not in shape but eventually i will get there!
i feel your pain completely! i gave up bread about a year ago. its difficult because i love it so much but i really dont love all the carbs and its affect it has on my body.
I doubt that she actually 115, she seems likea yo-yo dieter too.
She’s prettty though.
omg! i am giving up carbs too! it’s pretty hard and im only on my third day but im trying! goodluck!
She looks much heavier than 115, 125 is the LEAST I would give her by looking at given picture.

Bread is such a huge problem for me. I never buy bread but my mum always buys fancy breads and i can’t help eating them. Every day there is gorgeous organic olive or walnut bread or fresh french bread. It’s not fair because i am always in the house alone and she knows how it makes me feel but she has no self control either
