Kim Kardashian Works Out While Sick Plus Her Diet Plan!

Kim Kardashian has had the flu lately but still continues to go to the gym. Thats dedication!
“Bootcamp was tough today, still fighting this cold, but feels good that I did it! Actually feel better now. Is it bad 2 workout sick?”

Apparently this is one of the diets Kim has followed:

Breakfast
Smoothie made with peanut butter, bananas and protein veggie powder

Lunch
Cobb salad with ranch dressing, iced tea with 5 Equals

Snack
Sugar cookies, sliced apple with 1 tablespoon chunky peanut butter

Dinner
Piece of pizza bread (“a tiny slice”), 6 ounces grilled salmon served with pesto sauce, a cup of brown rice, 2 cups broccoli

Totals:
2,575 calories, 121g of fat, 224g of carbohydrates and 78g of sugar.

    wow.. to me that didnt really seem like a “eat healthy” plan.. but i might be manipulated by the media.. but i mean, she was real high on fat AND carbs.. and there wasnt really much protein there?

    Where did you get this diet plan from because I don’t think that’s accurate. In her interview with life & style it was very different and definitely not that high calorie.

    Exercising with a cold is very dangerous!
    A girl at my school had a heart attack and died on the hockey field – while playing with a cold!!! :(

    Having a cold puts a lot of stress on your heart – so exercise is a huge no-no!!!

    Gosh, this girl is not the best role model.

    I found this online – for kourtney kardashian’s current diet (which allegedly helped her get down to 95 pounds)

    BREAKFAST: Oatmeal with honey
    SNACK: Greek yogurt
    LUNCH: Salad with grapefruit and shredded chicken, iced green tea
    SNACK: QuickTrim Fast Shake
    DINNER: Scrambled eggs and whole-wheat bread
    DESSERT: A gingerbread cookie

    It was in the OK magazine in the US – along with 2 other examples of her daily diet.

    Yeah it’s soooo unhealthy to be working out while you’re sick! The body needs it’s energy to fight the illness. To be working out can make your cold last longer and in some cases make you even more sick!
