Miranda Kerr was at a Louis Vuitton event looking very skinny. She’s incredibly thin, I bet its hard work to stay that tiny. How many calories do you ACTUALLY think she eats per day?

I think it’s her dress than makes her look so thin, but i’d say arounf a healthy 1800 for guessing height and weight.

hah no way not 1800 calories, anna lynne mccords body would be round about an 1800 she does not hjave muscley legs or arms, and those lines in her arms, thats the hole between her bones in her upper arms because the muscle has mostly been eaten away, she is alot thinner than about a year or two ago where i probably would have guessed 1500 calories
im afraid shes just about as thin as the supermodels now, i would say she gets up drinks a green tea, or an alovera juice which she usually has, then nothing till lunch where she’ll probably have a bar or a soup or a salad and then probably a tea again later and then perhaps a small vegetarian dinner she probably eats alot of veggies and fruits because shes vegetarian and definately doesnt eat junk, she says that she believes in putting only good things in your body, so there you have it, im austrlian so ive seen alot of her over the past few years.

i would say abt 1500 calories and alot of training… she seems to have toned arms which makes me think that she does do weight training to an extent.
BUT
i saw some pictures of her just after she became a vs angel, she appears to have become tininer…. harsh modeling industry???

here’s what she eats
beakfast:•Fresh fruit salad with yogurt and muesli
•2 x Rye toast with avocado and boiled eggs
•Water with lemon and ginger
•Cup of green tea

lunch:•Fresh tuna salad with spelt crispbreads
•Water with lemon
•Dandelion Tea

dinner:Either a salmon steak
or other fish or Lamb Loin chops or a piece of steak with vegetables or salad. I don’t eat a lot of potato, but I eat heaps of greens and sweet potato and pumpkin roasted.” Cup of Green tea with ginger.
