I found this really interesting. Lucy Luis father used to hang a picture of an emaciated child on the wall at meal times so the family would be reminded of how fortunate they were. "My father would hang a picture of an emaciated child on the kitchen door whenever we sat down to eat. It was a reminder that what we have we should really be grateful for."
Now the actress says she is a really unfussy eater and cant help but picture that child whenever she thinks about going on a celebrity diet. She has never followed any certain type of fad diet. She doesn't really watch what she eats and follows portion control.
