There’s no questioning the fact that Megan Fox is amazingly hot. I’m not a lesbian or anything but she is! She’s got a fantastic figure, really thin and toned. I dug around and found an interview Megan Fox had about her diet and exercise regime. Here’s what she had to say about how she maintains her body. Oh..I also noticed that she slimmed down and lost a lot of weight (she was never fat) for her role in Transformers. I saw her on Hope & Faith and her body was very different to what it is now.

How Does Megan Fox Workout?

I’m very lazy. I hire a personal trainer who is supposed to come three times a week. He comes to me – I don’t even have to leave the house. He’ll come to my house and I’ll be lying in the exact same spot he left me in. I’ll be like: ‘Not today! Not today!’ So, for me to do these scenes [in Transformers] was hard but fun.” (She doesn’t look lazy)

Here’s an example of her workout…
30 minutes ab work - butterfly crunch, front planks etc
Then Knee-ups, leg swings and ball leg lifts for her upper body strength training
Pilates or cycling for 30-45 minutes

What Does Megan Fox Eat?

Well of course she’s eating "healthy food". She loves eggs and eats them daily. Megan Fox focuses on having a healthy breakfast that keeps her full so she doesn’t overeat during the day. She eats lots of fruit and veges to keep her full during the day and is a huge almond fan. She also eats lean protein sources.
