Aussie supermodel Megan Gale seems to be in amazing shape all the time and its refreshing to know she has to work for it (unlike some of the genetically gifted models!)
What is Megan Gales Diet?
Megan Gale: I follow a few simple rules; only wear makeup when I absolutely have to, drink loads of water, protect my skin from too much sun get as much sleep as possible, and I have a healthy diet.
What foods do you eat to keep you looking and feeling good?
Megan Gale: Fresh fruit juices are always good and yummy, and I take a zinc supplement too. Anything high in zinc I find also helps with my skin like fresh seafood, and lots of fruit and vegies.
How much water do you drink?
Megan Gale: I try and drink at least litre and a half to 2 litres a day, more when flying and in summer. I really notice a difference when I don’t and feel sluggish and dehydrated.
